Anne Donnelly, the Nassau County District Attorney, boasts on her official profile of being “the first prosecutor to launch an investigation into disgraced former Congressman George Santos and was instrumental in the federal prosecution that brought him to justice.” This public pride in her pursuit of a single individual stands in stark contrast to the silence from prosecutors in liberal strongholds like Manhattan and Philadelphia, where crime runs rampant and actual criminals are coddled. Her actions reveal her not as a defender of justice, but as a RINO—Republican In Name Only—eager to do the bidding of the deep state and its media allies by punishing a political enemy of the left.
In a statement dripping with the self-righteous tone typical of the anti-Trump establishment, Donnelly declared, “I am proud of the work my office has done, and the conviction achieved in partnership with the U.S. Attorney’s office.” She added, “While the office cannot comment on ongoing investigations, suffice it to say that I remain focused on prosecuting political corruption wherever it exists regardless of political affiliation.” This feigned impartiality is a transparent sham. Where is this fervent focus on the blatant corruption of the Biden family? Where is the relentless investigation into the Clinton foundation?
