Obama’s Handpicked Judge Dismisses Outrageous Lawsuit from Illegal Immigrants Against Texas!

A lawsuit filed by 15 male illegal immigrants against Texas Governor Greg Abbott’s “Operation Lone Star” has been dismissed by a federal district court judge who former President Obama appointed. The plaintiffs claimed that the operation violated their constitutional rights.

“Operation Lone Star,” initiated in 2021, was designed to fight Mexican drug cartels and halt the smuggling of illegal immigrants and drugs across the southern border.

Judge Robert Pitman decided that the plaintiffs did not provide sufficient evidence to prove that “Operation Lone Star” infringed upon their constitutional rights, resulting in the case being dismissed.

The Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI) defended Governor Abbott in this case, asserting that detaining these illegal immigrants under “Operation Lone Star” did not violate the constitution.

Dale Wilcox, IRLI Executive Director, stated, “This case richly deserved to be dismissed.”

“The Biden administration’s neglect of its legal obligation to secure our borders has led to a surge of property crimes in Texas. Texas is rightfully addressing this issue by enforcing its state laws,” he added.

Wilcox further explained, “If the plaintiffs’ claims were valid, it would not only allow illegal immigrants unrestricted entry and stay in Texas and the U.S., but also give them free rein to commit crimes without facing any consequences.”

“We are pleased that the court recognized the lack of legal basis in this lawsuit and dismissed it,” Wilcox concluded.

The institute welcomed the judge’s decision, emphasizing the significance of addressing border security and enforcing state laws.
