SHOCKING: Unbelievable! Judge Shocks All, Drops Charges Against Alec Baldwin Amidst Trial Chaos Over Hidden Evidence – Baldwin Loses Control in Courtroom (MUST-SEE VIDEO)

All charges against Alec Baldwin were dismissed on Friday by Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer, following allegations of government misconduct by his defense team. The dismissal was with prejudice, preventing prosecutors from refiling the case. Baldwin had previously been indicted by a grand jury in January on charges of involuntary manslaughter following the tragic ‘Rust’ shooting. Last year, he faced two counts of involuntary manslaughter for the shooting death of Halyna Hutchins.

On the ‘Rust’ movie set in Santa Fe, New Mexico in October 2021, Baldwin shot and killed 42-year-old Halyna Hutchins and injured 48-year-old Joel Souza. Baldwin’s defense team accused state prosecutors of evidence concealment. In a shocking turn of events, the judge dismissed the charges in the middle of the trial! Baldwin was visibly emotional in court after the dismissal.

CNN reported:

Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer has dismissed the indictment against Alec Baldwin in a surprising move on Friday.

A motion to dismiss the case was filed by Baldwin’s attorney, arguing that state investigators had not properly disclosed evidence in the case.

Marlowe Sommer agreed that the state improperly disclosed evidence to the defense. “There is no way for the court to right this wrong,” she said.

The judge presiding over Alec Baldwin’s manslaughter trial halted testimony on Friday and sent the jury home for the day as she considered a new motion by Baldwin’s legal team to have the case thrown out based on allegations that prosecutors did not properly turn over evidence.

The motion was filed just a few days into Baldwin’s involuntary manslaughter trial related to the fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on October 21, 2021, on the New Mexico set of the Western film “Rust.” Baldwin has pleaded not guilty and, if convicted, could face up to 18 months in prison.
