Pedophile Knocked Out In Courtroom By His Victim After Judge Hands Down No Jail Time Sentence

8 News Now reported that Richard Gross, aged 80, was in a Clark County District Courtroom on October 2nd for his sentencing. He had pleaded guilty to one count of felony attempted lewdness with a child under the age of 14.

Judge Tierra Jones handed down a suspended sentence of 60-180 months in Nevada Department of Corrections, meaning he would remain free unless he violated the terms of his probation.

Tylor Fu, who had been sexually abused by Gross from ages eight to fifteen, testified against him and secured his conviction.

Feeling that this lenient punishment was not sufficient justice for the perpetrator’s crimes, Fu rose from his seat and punched Gross so forcefully that he fell unconscious to the floor.

He was then arrested for misdemeanor battery.

Fu, who is now a loving father of two children, explained in an interview (his face is obscured to protect his and his family’s privacy) that he was “extremely angry” that Jones essentially let Gross get away with abusing him.

I was extremely angry. I know he’s old but that doesn’t change anything. It doesn’t change the damage that he caused.

Fu then explained that, in 2019, his wife had shown him a news article about sexual abuse, prompting him to report the incident to the police. Subsequently, Gross was indicted on 26 charges following Fu’s testimony.

Fu goes on to state that it is incomprehensible why a child predator would be able to leave without repercussions after engaging in one of the most heinous crimes imaginable.

It just doesn’t make sense how someone can abuse a child multiple times and just walk away without any prison time.

When asked by the interviewer if there is anything he wanted to say to Gross, Fu’s response was rightfully harsh:

He got away with a golden ticket for what he did. And what he’s done to me should punishable by even death.

In 2021, Fu filed a lawsuit against Gross and his wife, alleging that the abuse occurred in Gross’ home, pickup truck, and on a camping trip.

He stated that his intention was to raise awareness of child sexual abuse and encourage others to come forward.

It just feels like the right thing to do and I really want all the kids out there to know if you’ve been, you know, sexually abused, it’s not right and you need to report it.

We cannot tolerate sexual abuse of children, and it is absolutely one of the worst crimes any human can commit and needs to be stopped.

Fu is facing a lawsuit from Gross for battery and has established a GoFundMe to cover legal expenses. As of now, Fu has collected $2,385 out of the desired amount of $20,000.
