It’s easy to look like you’re winning when the moderators are firmly in your corner. Ben Shapiro, who called out the absurdity of the debate, pointed out that the biggest takeaway wasn’t Trump or Harris but the collapse of media integrity. Muir and Davis weren’t there to moderate; they were there to protect Harris and attack Trump at every turn. From constant fact-checking Trump’s statements to ignoring Harris’s blatant lies, the bias was obvious and embarrassing.

Instead of pressing Harris on her track record and positions – something 30% of Americans still don’t know – the moderators focused on crowd sizes and January 6th. These are distractions, and unfortunately, Trump got caught in their trap more than once. While his closing statement about Harris’s lack of action was strong, it came too late.

Kamala Harris is the very definition of a fake, hollow politician. She spends the entire debate spewing rehearsed, pre-written platitudes that reveal nothing about who she really is. Why? It’s sad to say, but even CNN did a better job in the previous debate. That’s right – CNN, the network that has spent years attacking Trump, at least tried to play it down the middle. Jake Tapper asked real questions and allowed both sides to answer. Compare that to ABC’s tag-team effort with Harris, and it becomes clear that ABC has crossed the line from biased reporting to political activism.

Final Thoughts

This debate wasn’t Trump’s best performance, with two moderators constantly attacking him and giving Harris a free pass, it’s a miracle he got any points across.
