Outraged GOP Senator Unleashes Fury Over Expected SCOTUS Ruling!

South Carolina’s Republican Senator, Lindsey Graham, has recently delivered a strong message to President Joe Biden, suggesting that he should hope for presidential immunity in light of his border policies. Graham believes that these policies have resulted in violent crimes against American citizens by illegal immigrants. In a recent appearance on ‘Fox News Sunday’, Graham used a tragic case to emphasize his point.

‘Joe Biden should be hoping and praying for presidential immunity. When he allowed Laken Riley’s killer to be paroled due to insufficient capacity, I believe he’s not just susceptible to a lawsuit but also criminal prosecution – if there isn’t any presidential immunity,’ Graham stated emphatically.

Graham’s remarks were made amidst a conversation about the growing criticism of the Supreme Court by the Democratic Party. Biden has recently claimed that the ‘Supreme Court is more unbalanced than it has ever been’, and there are ongoing discussions in the Senate about implementing an ethics code on the court.

Graham accused Democrats of targeting the Supreme Court as a means to protect Biden’s record, especially concerning immigration. He pointed out that over 7 million illegal immigrants have crossed the border during Biden’s term. ‘The border situation is beyond disastrous. With wars happening in Ukraine and the Middle East on fire, Joe Biden’s approach to law enforcement has been incredibly reckless,’ said Graham. ‘He’s abused a limited parole statute and granted parole to a million people.’

Graham specifically mentioned the murder of Laken Riley, a 22-year-old nursing student who was found beaten to death after jogging on the University of Georgia campus. The alleged murderer, illegal immigrant Jose Antonio Ibarra, was supposedly released because of lack of space in detention facilities.

‘Laken Riley’s killer was paroled because they ran out of space in El Paso. They released him under the parole statute because they were full. There’s nothing in the statute that allows for release due to capacity. And he ended up killing this woman. The list goes on,’ Graham said.

‘All these women who’ve been raped and murdered have one thing in common. The individuals who killed, raped, and murdered them were in our custody and were released, which I believe was illegal,’ he continued.

The topic of presidential immunity is becoming increasingly relevant as former President Trump faces multiple court cases ahead of the 2024 election. The Supreme Court is expected to rule on whether Trump is immune from prosecution in Special Counsel Jack Smith’s election interference case, which is currently postponed indefinitely.
