Once again, the political left has stooped to using lawfare and election interference tactics against Donald Trump. This time, they’ve set the sentencing date for his business records trial on July 11, a mere four days before the Republican National Convention (July 15-18). This move has been rightly criticized by many, including Donald Trump Jr., who sees it as a blatant attempt to disrupt the convention where his father is expected to receive formal nomination as the GOP presidential candidate again.
Judge Juan Merchan has conveniently scheduled the sentencing for 10 AM Eastern on July 11, just in time to cast a shadow over the much-anticipated convention.
Sentencing is 4 days before the GOP Convention…They’re not even trying to hide the ELECTION INTERFERENCE!!!!

In an outraged tweet, Trump Jr. blasted this obvious ploy: “Sentencing is 4 days before the GOP Convention…They’re not even trying to hide the ELECTION INTERFERENCE!!!!”. His anger echoes that of many Republicans who are sick and tired of these underhanded tactics used by Democrats.
The criticism isn’t just about this one event – it’s about a pattern of behavior from those on the left who seem more interested in politically targeting Trump than in upholding the principles of justice and democracy.
