Once again, the liberal justice system is attempting to railroad former President Donald Trump. Mark Levin, a conservative radio host and attorney, has urged Trump to take his case directly to the U.S. Supreme Court if he’s convicted by a Manhattan jury, due to the blatant constitutional issues at play.
The jury began its deliberations Wednesday after receiving their instructions from Judge Juan Merchan. In a shocking move that reeks of bias, Merchan told the jurors they needed consensus on guilt or innocence but didn’t need agreement on the underlying federal crime that would justify a state felony charge of falsification of business records.
Adding fuel to the fire, Judge Merchan refused to allow jurors to take a printed copy of his lengthy 50-page instructions into their deliberations. This decision left even moderate-left commentators scratching their heads.

Earlier in this farce of a trial, Levin accused Judge Merchan of acting out of political motives:
The stakes are high for Trump, who faces 34 counts and a potential prison sentence of over 100 years. Under normal circumstances, a defendant would appeal through state appellate courts. But Levin argues that the constitutional travesties in this trial and the implications for the 2024 elections are so severe that the highest court in our nation must hear any appeal without delay.
