Royal Reject Prince Harry Denied Security in Court Showdown!

The London High Court has ruled against Prince Harry in his security court battle, siding with the government’s decision to treat his security like any other high-profile visitor to the UK. The court found no procedural unfairness in his treatment.

Despite Prince Harry’s plans to appeal, the court maintained that the government’s protective security system is thorough and balanced.

“The Duke is not asking for preferential treatment, but for a fair and lawful application of RAVEC’s own rules, ensuring that he receives the same consideration as others in accordance with RAVEC’s own written policy,” said a spokesperson for the Duke.

The initial case brought by Prince Harry was due to security concerns during a UK visit in 2021. His goal was to ensure safety for himself and his family while in the country.

“The goal for Prince Harry has been simple — to ensure the safety of himself and his family while in the U.K. so his children can know his home country,” a spokesperson for Harry said.
